Which is better? Navajo or Cessna 421C?
I want to do a two-week 'dream-come-true' flight across the USA with a few friends.
I have a Jamaican Private Pilot's Certificate. I actually don't have a multiengine rating but will be getting that and an Instrument rating before doing the trip.
Which one of the above aircraft would be better for a two-week air tour of the USA? What things should i be considering? I am basically thinking about a New York to L.A. to Florida journey with about 3 friends and minimal luggage.
I know its best if i have a co-pilot (given the long flights and relative inexperience).
whats the best time of year to be doing this sort of trip?
What are the advantages of either airplane?
SHoudl i be considering any other aircraft in particular?
I have MAX of $250k to spend on the aircraft and i woudl hope that the airplane will make the full vacation without needing major servicing.
Any other advice?

The question is similar to one of my favorites - how long is a pice of rope - depends on the rope...
Good luck in your choice - If you need a second pilot, let me know.
