I have a short, short-sleeved black dress, black tights, a black lace undergarment, and tall, black, high-heeled boots, and I also have a longer, long-sleeved, criss-crossed, red/dark-pink dress. I want a semi-creative idea, shy of the traditional witch costume, and also something that's sexy but not trampy. Have any ideas???
Get a white piece of material and make a Ms Congeniality sash with puffy glitter paint! if you have a toy gun you could put it in your boot
