A Future Barber Would Be Better Off Attending Barber School In The Long Run?
I have no experience in cutting hair but I've been doing my research. I get that cosmetology school can get you a liscense, the main focus isn't cutting mens hair and that's what I want to learn. I submitted my info to a cosmetology school. Within 30 mins a woman from the school was calling. I asked if they had a barber program and she stated, the guys that go there need to before they get
licensed. Yea true but you can get liscensed at a barber school, cosmetology can be to furthe those skills after barber school. I mean thats what i would think. Somehow I ended up making an
appointment to get a tour the following day. What got me was she told me to bring two forms of I.D...Last years tax return...and high school diploma. I didn't bother I mean a tour is all I'm going for so why documents? I wanna go to barber school and get the core of what I need to know, i wanna look at options.
Sounds like you're being sucked into a ripoff trade school.
Go elsewhere. There are Barber Schools.
