What can i do about my painful blisters?
no matter what shoes i wear, wether trainers or high heals, flat or high.. I ALWAYS get blisters! i get them across all of my toes and on the soles of my feet. they are really painful and are restricting me from wearing certain shoes. what can i do about them? any cures?
If you are getting them even in trainers, maybe you are wearing the wrong size?
Anyway, get some surgical spirit and soak some onto a cotton wool ball, then wipe across the areas that are affected by blisters. repeat daily for a week - this will toughen up the skin.
do NOT try this if the skin is broken (unless you like hopping round the room swearing). But you can do it over blisters if the skin has not opened.
