Bloch do a shoe sizing pdf
http://www.blochworld.com/about-bloch/resources - but it's useless as it doesn't even mention widths.
Wikipedia isn't much help either as widths vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

You could email Bloch and ask for guidance

You could also go in to a decent quality shoe shop, the sort that do fitted width school shoes, (Clarkes in the UK) explain the problem and ask them what width your feet are.
By far the best bet is to get fitted at a ballet shoe shop. I tried buying online and I didn't take into account that the lovely narrow feet I had as a teenage dancer are not only longer but are now great big wide gallumphers. Two pairs of shoes later I still haven't got the right fit. The last pair started off ok but as my feet stretched them wider they reduced in length and are causing me problems. My teacher thinks they are fine but they're my toes and they're letting me know they are not happy.
The only other thing I can suggest is to grit your teeth and order (and pay for) several sizes, and send back the ones that aren't right. I'd email the online shop to check they are ok with this. If you have their agreement in an email, they can't wriggle out.
I particularly wanted Bloch and the only ballet shoe supplier within 50 miles didn't stock them.
When I'm next in a big city with a proper dance shop - I'll get properly fitted.
