Are these shoes good for parkour?

but i'm about to grow out of them and thinking of getting the nike free 7.0

I haven't heard anything (good or bad) about the nike frees, but I have heard good stuff from the ariake. If you look around in the American Parkour forums, they have a section called "consumer whores". There are several threads on the ariakes, but I don't recall seeing one on the frees. Check it out.
