Silverado has built 408 cu in V8 w/Eagle crank, rods, and Mahle motorsport pistons, ported and polished heads, 239/.609 comp hydraulic roller cam, 4L65e automatic trans. w/TCI 3000 converter, full race clutches, transgo shift kit, Auburn posi and 4.10 rear axle. EFI live custom PCM with Nitrous Express 200 shot, will run on MT E.T. street DOT slicks.
Evo has upgraded turbo, wastegate, and computer tuning.

200shot... c'mon, man. this is a no-brainer. assuming the silverado will be rwd, the evo MIGHT get a better 60', but once that 200 shot is introduced, it'll be silverado. this evo better have a gt40r, some sick tuning, and running some serious boost with plenty of fuel! but if it's just the 10.5 hot side and mail-order tune... no chance.
*edit* - off the bottle would be a much closer race. there are other details about the evo that are being left out, though: tires, transmission mods, how is tuned, etc. evo's, if tuned right, can be VERY fast cars in the 1320 or on a track. they are very versatile cars.
