White Running Shoe
What is the best free running shoe?

I'm looking for some really good shoes for free running/parkour.
A shoe that would also be great for walking, or just regular running/jogging.
A shoe that you can put on and off quickly. (Doesn't take at least 1-2 minutes just to adjust and tie)

2 months ago in August i got the K-Swiss shoes Ariake.

At first i was very excited to get them, hearing all the good reviews and all but i was rather disappointed. The shoes are already ripping at the seams on both front parts of the shoes. It's only been 2 months and they're already getting wore. The shoes get dirty VERY easy, durability wasn't very good. The size was pretty tight and narrow, you'll have to probably order a 1/2 size bigger.

So i was hoping if anyone else had a different opinion on the best free running shoes.

nike frees but i like saucony bullets they are a lil retro and have awesome traction.
